Involuntary loss of our floor seats ruined show
Bought and paid for floor seats for my husband's 66th birthday. We were very excited to be going and sitting so close to the performance. The day of the show, I received an email that due to "production change" our current tickets were no longer valid and we had to print out tickets to our new seats, located way in the back in the bleachers. I called Ticketmaster because I couldn't believe it and was told I had to use the new seats or get a refund and not go to the show. Because this was my husband's birthday present we still went and sat in our bleacher seats. I couldn't tell if the show was good or not, we had to sit by drunk college students who continuously got up, disrupting the row, to buy more drinks. Very disappointing experience. Ticketmaster did nothing for our inconvenience. Another couple near us just got disgusted and left early. I find it funny that they ask me at the bottom of the page if I sat in my section A row 17 seats. No! and if I would have tried would I have been dragged off like the airline passenger? I don't think I can ever buy tickets through Ticketmaster again.
