When i bought my vip package i was under the impression id meet the band and be there for a photo op this was not the case apperently the package only inckuded some merch and early seating. If i had known that i wouldnt have purchased that package i believe the website wasnt clear or perhaps some sort of glitch when checking out. Im not sure how the mix up happened but i wasnt the only one this happened to there. Not to mention i didnt recieve ANY info about our vip experience until the day OF. Extremely difficult to plan a trip during the week with no info.
